At Sarasi Flora, we stand behind the quality of our fresh flowers and gifts. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product integrity.

Fresh Flowers and Arrangements

No Returns: Fresh flowers, bouquets, and arrangements cannot be returned once delivered due to their perishable nature.

Quality Guarantee: If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product received
  • We will offer replacement, store credit, or full refund

Non-Perishable Items

Return Period: 7 days from delivery date Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging Eligible Items:

  • Vases and containers (when sold separately)
  • Gift accessories and decorations
  • Non-perishable gift items

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Products used or opened by customer

Wedding and Event Services

Cancellation Policy:

  • 7+ days before event: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund (setup costs already incurred)

Modifications: Changes possible up to 48 hours before delivery with additional charges if applicable.
